Hey girls ! Sorry for my absence but i have just been enjoying the last couple of weeks at school and had a great weekend with my friends. I thought it would be a great idea to share my overnight oats recipe that i have been loving for a quick and easy breakfast, that is also really healthy and perfect for the summer.
So first of all i measure 50 grams of rolled oats and add 100ml of water and also a pinch of cinnamon . I like to add it to a mason jar as it's just more cute.
After this i pick out the fruit to add on top, i like to use frozen fruit as it lasts longer and it comes in all sorts of variety. I like to use a berry and banana mix it's one of my faves.
So i just put it in the fridge and leave it there overnight, this is just such a nice breakfast and is so easy to make so it helps to save a lot of time in the morning.
