Hey girls! Happy Sunday! Today I'm going to be sharing with you my sunday routine that is all about self care and mindfulness, my Sunday’s have changed quite a bit since I’m not at school and I can really have time to chill out.
First of all, I wake up normally about nine or nine thirty love to relax on a Sunday and not get up early. The first thing I do is check my phone and spend about 10 minutes scrolling through Pinterest. Next I watch an episode of stranger things or read about 10 pages of my book, I'm currently reading One Summer in Paris, I’m loving it so far.
Then my morning gets going a bit as I head downstairs to have a glass of water which is so refreshing and really wakes me up, and then I have breakfast and make a big mug of tea, and absolute must for the morning.
Back upstairs again if I get dressed I will change into a cosy outfit , but lets be real most of the time it is pjs all day. Skincare is my next big thing, I have super sensitive skin so skincare is very important even on a Sunday (I brush my teeth and do all of that now as well).
Now i'm ready to have a chilled and mindful day. I work on my blog and edit pictures for instagram and I also plan my posts for the next week either using my notebook or using software on my laptop so that I can be super organised. I will also watch some movies and read more of my book or watch some more episodes of stranger things, having lots or mugs of tea throughout the day.
Now as it gets to about 5 I have dinner . Next I go upstairs to run a bubble bath where I either read my book or watch some YouTube or TV. I also wash my hair and do a facemask. So now I change into cosy pjs and recently I have been loving just letting my hair dry naturally as I don’t need it to be straight for school.
Now is even more time to chill out , I also paint my nails and just spend sometime unwinding. I then finally read 10 more pages or a chapter of my book before getting a water bottle to put on my bedside table and then i put my phone on charge.
