Why Am I Anonymous?

Hey girls! Hope you are all good and are having a great day! I thought I would do a bit of a different blog post today, I wanted to talk to you all about why I am anonymous or don’t show my face on my blog or on my Instagram.

So, I have not been blogging for very long, I started this blog in march so have been going for about three months and I have been loving every second of it 😊. To be honest with you all, at the start I never really considered not being anonymous but have been thinking about it a lot and I though why am I anonymous? So, I made a list and really thought about why. I have touched on this topic ever so slightly on my about me page but haven’t addressed it on my blog, I thought it would be a useful thing for me and for you to see on my blog.

I think the most significant reason is because I have a lot of things I want to say and share online but don’t really have the confidence to say it but like I mentioned on my about me page I am working on it and would like to show my face eventually but just not yet. Another reason is because my friends don’t know I have a blog and I’m not ready to tell them, I completely trust them but I feel it is quite a big step and considering my blog is extremely small it can be a bit intimidating. Intimidation is also another reason I am anonymous, because I am quite new to the blogging community it feels quite daunting to actually put these words to a face especially with so many big blogs out there.

And finally, I guess it is kind of nice to use this blog as an escape from reality when the stress of school and things gets a bit much. I love to write content tailored to other teen girls and share my love of the ocean. I really enjoy writing blog posts and even though my blog is very small and hardly gets any engagement i still love it. I am still going to stay anonymous because I feel it is the best way for me to give you the best content but who knows what the future will hold.

I hope you girls liked this honest chatty sort of post. It is a bit different to my normal post but even though I found it a little intimidating to be so honest I enjoyed writing in this style so I might upload a few more chatty posts what do you guys think? Thank you for reading this post 😊.
